"Working as a Registered Nurse for 12 years had me feeling confident to transition into motherhood but when I gave birth at the height of the pandemic, I struggled during lockdown and sleep deprivation hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew there had to be something I could do to support my little one in the sleep department. I started to work on what I like to call Sleep Shaping, baby boy Eli turned into a champion sleeper and it was life changing. Eli hit 6 months and we were expecting again, I knew I wanted to know everything about sleep, I obtained my Sleep Consultant Certification and decided to turn my passion into a service based company to help other families. I launched Serenity last year and it has been an amazing experience. "
