Anywho, this episode is a review. A review of the past 4 months. As we go into April and the astrological New Year, I ask you to think of what you've done in the past 4 months. Sit down with yourself and take a real audit of the things that you've done to improve your life so far this year. Did you travel, did you join a gym, did you start walking. What have you done to improve your every day being thus far.
I am a firm believer in crowding out the old habits to incorporate new ones. Your life doesn't change in a day. It's taken me 10 years to get where I am and I am still improving my life on a daily basis. Some days are also better than others. Some days I don't want to get out of bed and I force myself to anyways. These are the moments we get to sit with our emotions and feelings to see what's truly going on within.
