I wanted to bring in an expert to speak on the subject, especially considering the recent passing of Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade. I think it’s important to unpack this issue, to talk about it and to make it OK to discuss mental health.

 

I brought in Dr. Ashley Hampton - she’s a licensed psychologist and a social entrepreneur. She has a passion for quality-of-life issues and has recently expanded her expertise into business efficiency for entrepreneurs. Dr. Ashley helps professional entrepreneurs efficiently develop relationships, establish visibility and credibility and grow their businesses without sacrificing a healthy work-life balance.
