WHY INTEGRITY IS SO IMPORTANT AS A COACH

Want to know the most important factor when it comes to continuously building your business? It's probably not what you think....

It really has less to do with what you are doing and more to do with who you are being!

The MOST important factor when it comes to who you are being is practicing what you preach! It's easy to give advice to our ideal clients. It's a whole different vibe to be a living embodiment of the advice that we are giving. We will never be an energetic match for what we ourselves aren't willing to do first!

And when we aren't an energetic match for what we won't do first....we will struggle to see the results that we desire in our businesses most.

Which is why on today's episode we are talking all things:

  • How to know when we are out of alignment with
  • Why integrity is one of the most important pieces of building your business
  • How to start leading by example and attract your ideal clients in the process
  • 3 questions to ask yourself to ask yourself to get back into alignment
  • Integrity is the backbone of our coaching. Without that, we have nothing. We can speak from a place of assumption or we can speak from experience. Your own experience is what creates a match for you energetically with your ideal client.

We must always lead ourselves FIRST!

How can you start being a product of your own work and your words?

I promise you that when you make that the focus of your work, your business will radically shift in so many ways!
