But for a lot of people, breakfast is the hardest meal to get right.
- They're tired & busy in the morning.
- They don't have an appetite early in the day.

A lot of my clients struggle to get enough protein each day.
And I have noticed that breakfast tends to always be the meal with the lowest amount of protein.
So I thought I'd put together 4 quick & easy high protein ideas that anyone can make.
They don't require a lot of time to prepare, you can even prepare them the night before.
You can also either eat them in the house, on the go, or take them to work with you to save you time in the morning.
Finally, they are probably a lot higher in protein than your current breakfast!

- Protein shake or bar.
- Yogurt & fruit.
- Boiled eggs.
- Oats
