This activity is really beneficial for slowing your heart rate down, reducing stress, allowing you take 10 minutes to yourself and beyond that, will have you feeling a little bit more calm and empowered in yourself. 

Pop this episode on when you're feeling anxious, emotional, overtired, angry, annoyed, short-tempered or just need a few quiet minutes alone.
