Most of us have been brought up on the idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As someone who has seen huge benefits from intermittent fasting, I can vouch for the fact that it's not true for everyone.

So I'm going to dive into where the idea started from, why breakfast is still commonly seen as the most important meal of the day and dive a little bit deeper into the truth as well.

As an added bonus, we'll touch on one of the surprising reasons Corn Flakes were invented by John Harvey Kellogg too!
