In this episode we our discussion with Wayne Heins about overcome addictions in our lives. In the process we uncover how all of us are addicts in one form or another. Some are addicted to drugs, sex and alcohol to name a few. But many more are addicted to things like sugar, coffee and cell phones/tablets. We discuss his book, Breaking Free from Addiction and share some thoughts from the excellent book, Digital Cocaine by Brad Huddleston.
