The books that helped me transform my life. 

Few things are more powerful than the compounding effect of positive habits. Eighteen months ago I wrote a blog post about some of the habits, rituals, and routines I have experimented with in my life. A friend recently asked me to share pieces of that post with you all on the podcast.
