We all have days where we are feeling down about our situation, our jobs, or whatever else it is that has us stressed out.

But when we look to the Bible, we see an example of two men who had no reason to celebrate, no reason to have joy and yet they found joy and the strength to worship God even in a filthy cell after being wrongfully accused and beaten.
