Do you have a hard time trying to "balance" your fitness and nutrition with your social life? That's a question we hear pretty often, so we figured since it's July 5th and you're most likely hungover and still dreaming of beer and fireworks, we'd talk about how we manage to stay fit WHILE being social. We used to beat ourselves up mentally when we'd let loose, because we didn't have a solid system in place to get back on track. We relied on ibuprofen and McDonalds, which really only made us feel worse. Now that we have it figured out, we decided it was time to share it with you!
