Ray Carney is a Vice President at Markon Solutions and a champion for gender equity and wellness in the workplace. Ray’s areas of expertise include leadership, project management, workplace strategy, design thinking, and creating secure environments. His experience includes providing cradle-to-grave project management support for the successful design and building of secure facilities. He spearheaded the tenant fit-out of Markon's headquarters expansion to ensure that it achieved WELL certification. Ray also led Markon's effort to become the first company on the East Coast to become GEN Certified, the gold standard in gender equity in the workplace.
