When you are creating a brand, a name, a presence, a platform a personality, congruity is key. Your brand includes your colors, logo, typeface, textures, imagery, voice and topics.
You need to protect that.
Your colors on your website, on your business cards, on material printed by the event promoter needs to be maintained intact.
That means having a business identity package.
You are building brand capitol and it has to be protected to maintain and increase in value.
Imagine if Coca-Cola changed its colors or the logo typeface or the tagline was different every month, what would that do for the brand? It wouldn’t have the stability and recognition as it would if there was continuity and looked the same all the time.
Do you even own the graphics you've been using? Ask your graphic designer person flat out who does.
