Some people hate the idea of weighing themselves.
I think one of the reasons for this is because they aren't weighing themselves properly or consistently, and don't understand the difference between weight gain & fat gain.
If your goal is to lose body fat, your body weight should consistently come down over a period of time.
In order for you to see this happen, you need to weigh yourself properly and consistently.
I recommend you trying this for at least 2-4 weeks, if you do it correctly you will notice the scale coming down.
If the scale doesn't come down, you've either done something wrong or you've been eating too much.
