Every person has a part of themselves that they want to keep hidden. It’s the part that they don’t want others to find out for fear of what might happen if they did, or for fear of what other people might think. It’s this part of ourselves that we feel shame or guilt about the most – what I call our concealed self.  Yet it’s our concealed self that holds the key to unlocking our success because we both consciously and unconsciously hold ourselves back for fear that our concealed self will get found out. So how do we deal with our concealed self and dissolve shame and guilt?
