J'nae fell in love with fitness through her love for dance. Understanding that both fitness and dance is connected through movement, she began to focus on how she can bring the joy of movement to others. J’nae’s purpose in her training others and herself is to remind everyone that movement = self-love. When she’s not squatting or dropping it like its hot, she’s bike riding around NYC and giving love to her new puppy!
