It's the start of a new year and I hope you have some ambitions of where you'd like to see yourself at by the end of the year. Please realize though that stress and anxiety are part of any journey, so... if you happen to find yourself traumatized by ALL CAPS and the words "do" and "don't"... ummm... probably time to look in the mirror and tighten up the boot straps.
