035 - Do you need a meal plan?

One of the most common questions I get is "Do you do meal plans?".

Meal plans can give you structure and guidance to your diet, but they shouldn't be rigid or include foods you dislike.

You also don't need millions of fancy recipes either!

I always recommend writing your own meal plan.

Choose 1-3 meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Try to make sure they are lower calorie and high in protein.

It's still ok to get motivation from others, but by creating your own plan you'll be more likely to stick to your diet and get better results.
