There aim is to inspire, educate and activate the next generation of world changers giving them the confidence, belief and tools to succeed in the ever changing world of work.

We chat to Liz about the creation of Project Gen Z and what motivates generation Z, the generation after millennials. They are entering the workplace or you are hiring them, they operate differently to millennials and its worth understanding what they value and how best to manage / work with them.
