On many different street corners, crowds of people would form to watch Dub Fx's amazing beatboxing ability that he uses to craft songs. Now Dub Fx is touring the world and filling stadiums where he plays his songs filled with positivity and self empowerment. Enjoy listening to the stories behind his songs "Run", "In My Head", and "Senorita" as well as his take on writing lyrics in this fascinating interview.
When it comes to creating music, i'd say Dub Fx is a natural. He works off of complete impulse and intuition when he is in the creative zone. He stated that he does not like to think too much about the music he is creating and it is almost as if he is channeling a higher power to guide his creative decision. This angle of choosing not to analyze what he is doing seems to really work to his advantage. It almost gives himself the freedom to create in general. When one listens to his lyrics and arrangements its hard to believe something so complicated and authentic can come so naturally.
