TED talks have been a big part of my own personal growth journey, opening my mind and eyes to new ideas, and challenging my perspectives.

This last 18 months I've been on a journey volunteering with my local, independently organised TEDx Folkestone to deliver an online event with 8 thought provoking, moving and inspiring talks.
