The Quick fire roundMorning practice: I start my day with meditation. The ego gets in there very quickly so I think it's important to (attempt to) sit quietly and read ACIM, say prayers.
Practices
Spirituality: Riding my bike.
Creativity: Acting. I'm a keen method actor. I love to play another person with integrity with absolute respect for the human condition. So I love building a character through method acting.
Relationships: Giving each other a soft place to land.
Resources
Book: John Lydon's autobiography, "Anger is an energy"
Song: Nimrod - Enigma Variations
Film: Dead Poet's Society
Nige's parting message:No matter what may have happened to you in your childhood, and no matter how inhospitable your life may seem, there’s always hope. There’s always another way.
Rather than believing that you have to keep running away from your dilemma, i really encurage you to stop and turn around and take a look. Actually take a step towards it. In that moment you’ll realise that you’re perfectly safe and that in the middle of your struggle, the gold lies.
