What to do when you feel like doing nothing, when you’re unmotivated, uninspired, exhausted, burnt out, tired & unproductive. This is for those of you who are spreading yourselves out too thin, or simply exhausted from life and these challenging times. I'm sending you lots of inspirational vibe, and reminding you to give love to yourself with grace and ease. Please, stop feeling guilty or shaming yourself for slowing down, taking a break or "doing less" that what you consider normal. It's OKAY to not be OKAY or to stay where you are (for now). You are loved and worthy regardless. Allow yourself to nurture your mental health & recharge in whatever way you need to. We get to normalize being in our sh*t and not doing nothing when our soul and spirit tell our mind and body to rest. Who agrees?
