We talk about Berna's health history and how it lead to her pursuing a career as a health coach. These issues although common are not normal and Berna intuitively knew this and began searching for the answers to her health problems. Her search led her to Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) where with the help of another health coach and was able to find a new level of health.
