So far on the podcast we've had plenty of guests and some world class athletes and coaches. But, we've yet to have an olympian on the podcast, that is until now. Thankfully for the guys, Coach Ronald Forbes the Volunteer Assistant Coach at FIU, is a 3 time Olympian for the Cayman Islands. Coach Ron was very open to talking about his humble beginnings of the sport, like when he had to run to his local track for practice and then run back home after. We touch up on his successful career and how he's dealt with adversity.
