In this study we’re focusing on a powerful truth found in 2 Corinthians 1:3–4. This passage reminds us of who God is in the middle of our struggles: the “Father of mercies” and the “God of all comfort.” We all go through hard times. Maybe you’re walking through a season of grief, pain, disappointment, or anxiety. But Paul reminds us that God does not leave us alone in those moments. He meets us right there—in the middle of the affliction—and brings comfort.
