Fantasy sports expert, Tony Cutillo, talks once again about the latest battle between authorities and fantasy football companies. With back-to-school comes concerns about the heavy backpacks school kids are lugging around. Doctors and parents have expressed concerns that heavy backpacks may be contributing to musculo-skeletal problems. But Bob Prichard, president of Somax Performance Institute, has found another, much more serious hazard -- less oxygen to a growing brain. It's something he calls "Backpack Brain."
