037 DREW MANNING - Creator of Fit2Fat2Fit

Drew is a health and fitness expert. Fit2Fat2Fit is a journey that Drew went on to better understand the clients he was serving as a trainer where he intentionally gained 75 pounds over the course of six months and then lost it all. This story went viral, landing him on just about every television talk show on at the time and even resulted in two season of his own Fit2Fat2Fit TV show on A&E where he lead other trainers through the same journey. He even wrote a book about his experience titled Fit2Fat2Fit, which became a NY Times bestseller. As if doing it once, Drew then did this experiment again recently as he turned forty and called it Fit2Fat2Forty. Aside from the Fit2Fat2Fat brand Drew is known as a leading expert on the Keto Diet, and he has also written a book on this as well titled Complete Keto, and he is the host of his own podcast titled The Fit2Fat2Fit Experience. Drew is hellbent on bringing self awareness and empathy to the forefront of the fitness industry and the world in general which is a mission I can absolutely get behind. Above it all, Drew is an incredible man and an incredible father to two daughters, and it was truly an honor to host him on the show
