037: How to Stop Feeling like an IMPOSTER | Imposter Syndrome

Do you ever feel like a fraud or not good enough to be doing what you’re doing? That's called imposter syndrome. Listen up to hear the ways to overcome it!

Ways to cope:

  1. Embody the person you want to be
  2. Listen to some uplifting music 
  3. Be consistent
  4. Know that everyone has doubts - even famous people
  5. Reach out to a friend, post in a group asking for support, call up your coach, start a mastermind
  6. Rest in the fact that you are helping someone out there who needs you
  7. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to have already successfully made it through whatever you are teaching/leading.
