Social media today is such an important part of running an online business. It is the marketing tool we use to speak to our ideal customer so that they can get to know, like and trust us.

However, when you new in this "online world", social media can be so overwhelming...there are so many platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, Twitter, YOUTUBE etc) and how do you even know which platform you should be on, what is each platform for, who should be using it and what should you be posting.
