Welcome to this week's edition of Mindset Moments. My guest is Paul Grech, a very interesting interview and a rather colorful character who has done so many cool things in his life...! We met when I was coaching him as a player with the McGill University Redmen Hockey Team in the late 1980's. After graduating from McGill, he went on to play pro hockey in the UK and went to school there; he also served in the British special forces and became an aviator.
