Reverse Seared Steak  Ingredients

• One thick steak that’s at least 1 inch thick or more (bone in ribeye works great!)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh sprig of Thyme or Rosemary + Garlic Clove or Shallot
• Coconut Oil or 2 Pats of Butter / Vegetable Oil
