Rochelle is an engineering graduate and has worked on construction projects both in New Zealand and around the world, primarily as a project manager. Rochelle’s interest in Green Building was sparked at the same time as the formation of the New Zealand Green Building Council in 2007. Rochelle has worked closely with the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) helping them develop and implement many green building rating tools, including Homestar, NABERS and BASE. Rochelle helped the NZGBC develop and implement the Homestar residential green building rating tool.
