What's a minimum viable product?!! Well simply it means testing your podcast idea without spending lots of money first.   Create an audio clip with your smartphone, release it as a free Facebook or youtube video or on a free soundcloud account... and then get it in to the hands of the potential listener using social media groups.   From there you can get some real feedback on your idea and content, as well as find out what works with marketing the podcast and what groups are active!
