As the name implies this set goes dark and mechanical. It’s split between two genres I have created as techno itself is woefully behind in splitting large and unwieldy sub-genres up into more discreet units that reflect the musical evolution. BounceTek I’ve mentioned before – it’s that delicious combination of Bouncy Techno, Tech House, and a progressive sound. There’s also a trance-based version of this combination that I have (at least temporarily) decided to call Transfixion. The set opens perhaps a little slower than I meant it to be, but it fits into the whole.
