We had a couple of people ask last episode when we would get to the sensory testing of the lager! We thought we would first explain the importance of consistency in beer and making produce that is true to brand!

In this episode, Hendo from Rockstar Brewer guides us through a sensory evaluation of The People's Brewers New World Lager. There will be a controlled beer and one that has been "spiked" with flavour standards, which can appear naturally to beers in certain conditions, or after particular brewing processes.
