There is no one perfect trajectory for grief.
There is only allowing ourselves to be where we are and be gentle with ourselves in the process of grieving.

Today I talk about ways we can lean in to grieving well, without sacrificing our authenticity, and I also share a little about the loss of our infant daughter to a late miscarriage.
