• Turn uncertainty into narrative strength. Show commitment to the craft even while navigating an unpredictable industry.
• Stay authentic but reframe your path such that getting into the fellowship is the right fit for both of you.
• Differentiate contributions from job responsibilities. Use past work to prove future value by connecting your unique taste, perspective, and decisions to real project impact.
