We all had hopes that at 12:01am on January 1, 2021 we would magically step out of the change and challenges of the last year. Like, straight-up fairy godmother disappear. Yet, here we are at the end of January and many of us are still sorting through the effects of the last 12+ months. This episode is not a rant on 2020 but it is an attempt to wrap language around the toll that this collective experience of the last year has had and gives thought about what the next steps of moving forward could be.
