It has been said that "we are only as sick as our secrets." Keeping our struggles, fears, and wounds to ourselves forces us to carry the weight and burden of those things all by ourselves.  However, when we are fully known by others, we can receive support and encouragement. But for this to happen, we must first be vulnerable and authentic, willing to air out our secrets to trusted individuals in our  lives.  What secret do you need to get off your chest?
