This episode is for My Sisters, your worth begins with you. It has been a long journey learning that I am worth of living my life how I want to and not how the world says. Its time to break through our self limiting beliefs and thoughts and move into thinking and believing we are worthy.

We are worthy of love, we are worthy of success, we are worthy of money, we are worthy of anything we choose to be worthy of. It originates with us.

Here and now it is our time to wake up to who we really are flaws and all.

I have been through deep dark anxiety and post partum depression to being open when I wasn't even sure what I was open to. It started with a openness for something different. 

Its time for us to make time to grow ourselves. I am right here doing the work with you.
