This week I'm speaking to Lisa Springate about juggling being Chair of the IoD in Jersey with her day job (yes she does it all!), family life and ambitions for the future. 

As well as being Chair of the IoD in Jersey, Lisa is Head of Legal and Technical for Jersey Finance and a former Barrister. She juggles so many plates (and I know lots of us are doing the same at the moment) so I hope that this episode is a nice escape.

We recorded this episode before the Coronavirus pandemic so that's why you won't find any references to it during our chat.
