We present to you an Annual Review Video in three parts that draw from the main blogpost. These are divided based on three subject areas: Trademarks, Patents, and Copyright and Other IPs.

In this episode 04 (Part 1 of 3), the SpicyIP team reflects upon the most significant Trademarks Developments of 2025, organised across three categories, with each speaker explaining why a particular development made it to our list:
