03:59 After the expiry of Novo Nordisk's patent in March 2026, they filed a new set of trademark and patent infringement suits against generic companies in the Delhi High Court
26:25 The decision of the Supreme Court on Swapan Dey v CCI is out. There are discussions that CCI can now investigate violations of Competition Act by exercise of patent rights, but the operation of the DB judgement which ousted CCI’s jurisdiction, however, has not been stayed.
