Listeners will gain a basic understanding of and be able to describe the evaluation and eligibility process for clients to receive special education and ABA support in the public school setting.
Listeners will be able to describe terms related to special education including least restrictive environment, FAPE and manifestation determination.
Listeners will understand the role of an outside BCBA in the IEP process as it pertains to parent training and caregiver education.
