"self-love", is definitely a topic that has gained importance over the past few years, and it's less seen as "being selfish or a bad person". i feel like now, it's even something that is rather cool and attractive. but that doesn't make it easy, actually, i think it's one of those "easier said than done" situations. it doesn't happen over night and it takes time and a process of working on things that we are often not used to work on. it's about prioritizing yourself even when you don't want to, it's about spending time with yourself, even if you have other plans...
