Michelle shares how her experience learning and living with an invisible disability, Dyscalculia, shaped her experiences in school and in the workplace and how once she learned to become an advocate for herself she found the right education and career path for her to thrive. Michelle shares how her work now includes running an advocacy organization and blog, doing photography and working with kids with disabilities in schools. Michelle gives listeners helpful information on how to be accommodate applicants and staff members with disabilities to build a stronger team.
