What is Canadian?

Rich made a tourtiere.

Is the tourtiere a recipe, a method, a national identity, a home economics lesson or a way to use up scraps?

Rich worked really hard to add realistic foley work to make it sound like we were drinking drinks with ice and playing with pens.
