When Tim Koterwski lost his wife due to diabetes related kidney failure, he knew he needed to change in order to not end up the same way. He joined a community and transformed his life with walking. As fate would have it, Patty Nelson was also part of this tribe. The two met, fell in love and went through all their hardship together. This is their story of love, hope and holding on to each other and how community can truly change lives.
