We all know we need one but how do we develop and grow a personal brand. 

As a brand photographer there are so many ways that you can employ you if you own brand I am not a believer of having a personality or a brand for you and a brand for your business I think they just create a personal brand just step into the light and create your own brand which is you and use that for your business because you know what, if you are a business that has the opportunity to hire people or do you have different locations and you work from only one and you are hesitant in making your brand Personal, friends this is is not going to hinder your team or anyone else getting hired because you have a team that matches your brand you hire someone that reflects you, your brand your Ideology, if you’re hiring and firing you set it up you hire the right people that represent your brand the best way, the same way that you would do it yourself. STOP MAKING EXCUSES!

I don’t understand why people have this fear that 'if I get big then my personal brand will hinder me with this', kind of fear this will stop the growth, no friends no this wont. This will work quite the opposite! The power personal branding is phenomenal people see results so dang quick when they put themselves in their brand. Building a brand is a lot more than just a photo but that is the best place to start. If you struggle with social media pop a photo of yourself up and tell people who you are or why you do what you do make it personal so many people have this fear of putting themselves out there. I don’t understand why they let this hold them and their business back. If you are a real estate agent, you create a personal brand because... why would someone buy from you if they do not know you, like you and trust you . This is the quickest most effective and easiest way to build your business through developing and growing your personal brand.
